Videcom has extensive experience delivering and supporting public-space and local-authority CCTV, from town-centre systems and public buildings to complex wide-area camera networks.
Large & Wide-Area CCTV Systems
Public-space systems can combine large camera estates, resilient recording, control-room operation and wide-area networking. Videcom can design, upgrade and support these environments, including wireless transmission, system migration and multi-site management.
Modernise Without Replacing Everything
Where practical, existing cameras, transmission equipment and infrastructure can be assessed and retained. This supports phased migration and helps authorities concentrate investment where equipment genuinely needs replacing or improving.
Integration & In-House Technical Capability
Videcom combines security engineering, networking, video management software and in-house software development. Where standard products do not completely meet an operational requirement, we can support specialist integration and operator workflows.
Long-Term Support
Public-space CCTV is operational infrastructure. Our approach considers maintainability, resilience and support from the outset, with ongoing engineering and technical assistance available after deployment.
Tell Videcom what you have today, the size and number of sites involved, and what you want to improve. We can help identify a practical route forward.
