Planning

Throughout the installation of your new system, you will be kept fully informed via telephone or though our automated installation booking system. Where appropriate, advanced risk assessments and method statements will be provided and agreed in advance of any works being carried out.

Preparation

Our workshops will pre-configure your system, set-up any required security and record your equipment serial numbers and warranty details. This workshop, or Factory Acceptance helps us ensure the quality of our installation, reduces costly site time and disruption.

Installation

Our engineers will co-ordinate with your team to ensure the minimal disruption, they will ensure your premises or site is left tidy, we have codes of conduct regarding dress, the use of Personal protection Equipment and levels of noise. We do not use subcontractors and all our engineers vehicles are clearly marked.

Aftercare

Once your system is installed, our team will go through the operation and management of your new equipment. You will then be asked to complete a satisfaction survey as well as be presented with site information and manuals. Once the installation is signed off you will be sent a maintenance support contract for your consideration to ensure the ongoing support of your new system.
